Operational Efficiency Specialist

About this role

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At present, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for an Operational Efficiency Specialist to join us in Limassol.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Efficiency Department, the successful Candidate will analyze cross-functional processes, lead improvement projects end to end, and make sure agreed changes actually stick.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse processes across departments, identify bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements.
• Design target processes: flows, ownership, checkpoints, SLAs and documentation.
• Drive cross-departmental alignment: agree changes with process owners and department heads, and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead approved initiatives to completion, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, and tracking plans and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and AI-supported ways of working, translating business needs into practical solutions and helping bring them into daily use.
• Support colleagues in adopting new systems, tools and process changes, including practical guidance and short internal sessions where needed.

Key Requirements

• Must-haves for the successful Candidate
• -
• 2+ years in process improvement, business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand complex cross-functional processes and turn them into practical solutions.
• Confident working with senior management, department heads and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fast learner who enjoys picking up new tools and methods and sharing them with colleagues.
• Confident with MS Excel; familiar with Atlassian tools and reporting/BI.
• Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with genuine curiosity about what they can and cannot do.
• Fluent English.
• Strong advantages of the successful Candidate
• Consulting experience, particularly on operational efficiency or process improvement engagements.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering or quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics).
• Experience in real estate, construction or in a fast-growing organization.
• Russian and/or Greek.
