About the Role

Technical Leadership, Provide strategic direction in the frontend tech stack, ensuring the team adopts best practices and modern technologies.

Innovation & Optimization, continuously drive UI innovation and optimize frontend architecture and performance.

Business Alignment, Understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with product goals.

Roles and

Responsibilities

• ​
• Ensure Code Quality: Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
• Build and fix UI components with complex features and design reusable component libraries to drive optimization
• Define frontend architecture, set standards & tooling and shape module structure, component boundaries, and conventions
• Write unit tests, establish testing strategy (unit/integration/E2E), select testing tools to enforce quality
• Optimize Performance, Improve page speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with frontend trends and recommend new tools or frameworks.
• Minimum Job

Requirements

• University graduate and above with 8+ years data project implementation experiences in such as developing data applications with AI/ Machine Learning/ advanced algorithms.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one mainstream framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiar with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), version control systems (e.g., Git), and performance optimization techniques.
• Life insurance business knowledge is preferred
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
