Department Overview
As part of Nestig’s Operations team, you will play a strategic, hands-on leadership role overseeing the full Customs and Logistics function across Brazil, North America, Europe, and Asia. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will manage a team of three and lead critical logistics operations, people development, and global partner relationships. You will navigate complex cross-border challenges while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization across the supply chain.
In close partnership with Scheduling, Customer Experience, and Product Development, you will ensure efficient end-to-end product movement: from manufacturing and export through warehousing, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and customer satisfaction.
This full-time position will be based out of our São Paulo office in Pinheiros.
