Job Responsibilities
You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Wholesale initiatives, bringing together multiple teams and stakeholders to move from objectives to measurable results.
- You will:
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain project plans across scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Identify risks and roadblocks early, and drive the actions needed to keep programs moving.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear deliverables and execution plans.
- Create strong communication and coordination across teams, ensuring ownership and accountability are clear.
- Track milestones and deliverables and provide management with visibility into program status.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the needs of each initiative.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve how programs are managed and executed.
