Responsibilities
- drive standardization and improvement initiatives across markets
- take ownership of project execution, coordination, and delivery tracking
- identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- translate business needs into practical, process and system-oriented solution
- recommend and support the selection of the right approach (process changes, automation, reporting, system enhancements)
- leverage digital tools, automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
- facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving sessions
- ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up with stakeholders
- support alignment of global standards with local operational needs.
Requirements
- experience in driving process improvements, projects, or operational initiatives
- practical exposure to digital solutions (automation, analytics, AI or similar)
- knowledge of SAP S/4HANA -

- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset
- ability to take ownership and drive execution
- understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies
- fluent English.
