M.E. Management is desirous of hiring a full time Maintenance Technician for apartments in the greater Lewisburg Area. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, maintenance professional able to handle the day-to-day maintenance, capital improvement projects, unit turnovers and maintenance requests. The position requires sufficient experience in all aspects of routine property maintenance including painting, minor construction, electrical and plumbing.
Applicant should have own set of basic tools and reliable transportation.
