Securities Issuance and Funding Operations

We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious clients, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, as part of their Securities Issuance & Funding Operations. This role is responsible for supporting and overseeing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of debt issuance transactions, structured funding programmes, and special purpose vehicle (SPV) activities.
The role ensures accurate execution of issuance, settlement, lifecycle events, reconciliations, and regulatory obligations while maintaining a robust control environment and driving operational efficiency.
The incumbent will collaborate extensively with Treasury, Front Office, Finance, Legal, Corporate Services, Trustees, Paying Agents, Custodians, Depositories, and other external service providers to ensure seamless execution of securities issuance activities.
