Serve as QMR to ensure the QMS remains aligned with requirements, report QMS performance and improvement needs to management.

• Ensure quality documentation and controlled procedures are maintained and updated, corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate internal and external audits including certification and customer audits.
• Oversee quality standards for incoming, in‑process, and finished goods while approving quality reports and deviations,

leading root‑cause investigations with corrective actions, and monitoring quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

• Oversee audit plans, review findings for timely actions, and use results to drive improvement.
• Manage customer complaints, oversee investigations, and provide professional communication with customers.
• Evaluate supplier quality, support supplier audits, and collaborate with purchasing to establish and implement supplier quality requirements.
• Lead and develop QA/QC teams to ensure strong performance while planning and coordinating training on product quality and quality systems.
• Promote quality awareness and a proactive mindset across the organization while applying structured problem‑solving tools
