We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be accustomed to maintaining, upgrading and renovating residential units. We're looking for team members who can follow directions and who possess an eye for detail. Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs including work orders.
- Turning Over Apartment units including drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical work.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance.
