Administrative Intern (Colombia)

About this role

As an Administrative Intern, your goal will be to support the team in ensuring efficient internal processes and contributing to the alignment of activities with Parser’s main priorities. You will also focus on problem-solving and the implementation of goal-oriented strategies.

The Impact You Will Make:

• Contribute to the development of organizational improvement programs stemming from the administrative function.
• Support the implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental management programs in line with current regulations and best practices.
• Organize events that foster business relationships in accordance with the company's purpose.
• Support human talent initiatives based on the organization’s needs.
• Propose improvements to the organizational environment aligned with the administrative unit's functions.
• Suggest actionable solutions that support the achievement of objectives, based on the importance and responsibility of assigned tasks.
• Process and manage information according to organizational requirements.
• Assist in serving internal and external clients in line with company policies.
• Provide support to the finance and legal departments in both internal and external processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Student available to begin their internship.
• Enrolled in a technical or technological program.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software/tools.
• English proficiency is a plus.
