Job Responsibilities
- Handle operations, customs declaration and bill of lading cargo release for import and export goods in Mexico.
- Be familiar with import and export business workflows for sea freight, air freight, special containers and breakbulk vessels.
- Be proficient in recording receivable charges, analyzing and confirming payable charges to carriers.
- Cooperate with the customer service team to provide local order support and complete system data maintenance.
- Undertake other customer service tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Associate diploma or above; majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of customer service experience in international ocean freight forwarding; familiar with local import/export procedures and customs declaration in Mexico.
- Eligible to work in Mexico without restrictions.
- Fluent in Spanish, with conversational English proficiency for daily communication.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, with strong customer service awareness and ability to work under pressure.
