HR Generalist

The Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist for Betsson Georgia to own a wide range of HR processes, from HR administration and payroll to employee experience. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing HR documentation and maintaining employee records
• Owning the monthly payroll process and time-tracking reporting

- Administering employee benefits

• Owning the onboarding process for new employees
• Coordinating mandatory compliance training for employees
• Planning and delivering employee experience initiatives, including office, team-building and corporate events
• Owning internal communication activities
• Keeping HR processes running smoothly and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in HR, including at least 2 years in HR administration
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good command of English

- Strong communication and organisational skills

• Meticulous and accurate approach to work, with close attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience working with HR metrics and People Analytics
• Experience working with Jira
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
