Responsible for production management for HSCA or Jumper products
Ensure production safe at any time
Responsible for all basis training and re-education (not include technical)
Supporting no reached target analysis items of PPM (Part Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectives), and tracking
Lead Workshop and CIT include any type of cost reduction
Through management and Tools skill, ensure PPM, external complaints be reduced minimum
With advanced process establish assessment of Phase 4, and suggest how to solve
Reduce direct labor and improve PPH include any type of cost saving
Ensure production process be effective and usually audit in house;
