Analist

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across software and hardware integration projects
• Define test strategies, test plans, and schedules for both manual and automated testing
• Perform manual and automated testing of software systems and their interaction with Miele and third-party devices
• Design, implement and maintain test cases for  system-/E2E testing and regression testing, manual and automated tests both
• Ensure verification and traceability of requirements through comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with development, hardware, quality and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and documentation
• Mentor and support QA and Dev team members
• Participate in release planning and risk assessment.
• Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 1 year in a lead or coordination role and a proven “Track-Record/Reference Projects” in the area of QA for IoT-Applications as well as in DevOps-Teams
• Experience with manual testing of software and embedded systems
• Strong understanding of the full testing lifecycle and methodologies
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance, security, or mobile testing
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ISTQB certification or similar
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Education:

• Completed training or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar) are an advantage.
