Who We Are

At Alliance Painting, we’re not just painting homes—we’re building a high-performance organization.

We are on a mission to scale to $5M+ in revenue and beyond, and we’re looking for a Field Operations Leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and takes ownership of results.

We operate on EOS (Traction), value accountability, and believe:

The Role

This is not a coordinator role. This is a field leadership role responsible for:

  • Leading and developing crews

You will be the leader of our field team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Maintain high-quality standards across all projects
  • Solve problems quickly in the field—without excuses
  • Support Project Managers and ensure seamless execution
  • Performance Management

  • Identify underperformance and take decisive action
  • Drive continuous improvement across crews
  • Operational Excellence
  • Implement and enforce systems and processes
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operations

  • You naturally take control and lead from the front
  • You move fast and make decisions confidently
  • You hold people accountable without hesitation
  • You enjoy developing others into better versions of themselves
  • You thrive under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • This is NOT for someone who:
  • Avoids tough conversations
  • Needs constant direction
  • Gets overwhelmed in fast-paced environments
  • Prefers comfort over growth
  • Ideal Experience
  • 3–7+ years in construction, painting, or field operations
  • Leadership experience managing crews or teams
  • Proven ability to improve team performance
  • Experience in hiring and developing people

- Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-aware and process-minded
  • Able to lead and communicate effectively
  • Compensation
  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to:
  • Labor efficiency
  • Job completion metrics
  • Team performance
  • Growth path into senior leadership as we scale

  • This role can grow into:
  • Director of Operations
