About this role
Zoox’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for an agile recruiter to own full-cycle, high-volume hiring primarily for our Fleet Operations organization, while flexing to support other critical teams like Manufacturing Operations. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will manage a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles essential to our on-the-ground operations.
You will serve as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced environment, trusted to drive the entire recruiting process, from qualifying requirements to sourcing and closing world-class talent, while seamlessly managing robust pipelines to fuel Zoox’s continuing growth.
