Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives
- Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability related data and support external audits on supply chain data
- Assist in calling tenders / quotations for IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories
- Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors for tender invitations and onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information where required
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors
- Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System
- Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, sensitive with numbers, and strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and proactively complete assigned tasks
