Duties and
Responsibilities
- o Complete or partial disassembly and reassembly of centrifugal pumps (single- and multistage), valves and
- other rotating equipment
- o Perform component part evaluation of the disassembled components
- o Measure shaft run-out and all other relevant measurements of the component parts by using micrometers,
- bore gauges, veneer calipers, dial indicators and others
- o Removal of components from the customer site and installation of components into the customer site
- o Alignment of the electric motor using dial gauges or laser alignment device
- o Initial commissioning of pumps sets at the customer site
- o New installation of new pump sets at the customer site
- o Troubleshooting at the customer site
- o Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) at the customer site
- o Preparation of service reports and time sheets
- o Applying the company guidelines, rules and policies regarding health & safety, attendance, punctuality,
