The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are cleaned and sanitized.

Responsibilities
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash
- dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility with evenings and weekend schedule to work as required
