About this role
1 This position is responsible for customer order daily handling and daily shipping arrangement.
- Follow customer EDI weekly and update the order confirmation to customer if EDI change.
- Forward the customer requirements to internal function department as the customer contact window
- Claim the EO to customer cause by order fluctuation.
