Job Summary

The Restaurant Servers (Waiters and Waitress) and Bartender reports to the Food and Beverage Managers. S/He is accountable for playing their part in ensuring the dining experience of our Guests is consistently excellent. This person is a team player, carefully trained, multi-skilled, flexible, courteous and friendly.

The ideal candidate must:

Have a minimum of two (2) SSC, CXC/GCE subjects including English
Have a valid Food Handler’s Permit
Have good personality
Positive attitude
Have the ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
Have the ability to work flexible shifts
Have the ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels
