People

• Maintain safe and well-organized workplace and execute autonomous maintenance activities in given scope according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Participate and contribute to continuous improvement activities based on own observations and ideas.
• Maintain and improve skills and competence in relevant technology area and collaborate with relevant technology stakeholders (e.g., Global tester team).

Maintenance activities

• Ensure safety condition of his/her tools, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and in maintenance operations, additionally secure accurate safety observation reporting.
• Check the performance and safety of all the machines under the responsibility of his/her area, analyzing the results compared with the expected performances and safety norms and standards compliance.
• Ensure the functionality of the machines, tools, and production lines.
• Provide all the information of activities performed for future analysis and KPI calculation to SL Maintenance Supervisor, including suggestion for continuous improvement.
• Support production operators in their activities (e.g., machine operators in TPM) and other departments in manufacturing area during the implementation of new investments or new processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities, including coordination of activities supported by external suppliers.
• Provide information of spare part consumption to maintenance supervisor/manager to support stock material availability
