About this role

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for an E-Commerce Content Intern to join our team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

Success in this role looks like taking ownership of the UGC moderation backlog across key markets, ensuring approved content is accurately tagged, rights-managed and published, while building a high-quality, searchable content library and establishing sustainable processes that enable the Onsite team to manage UGC efficiently as part of business-as-usual operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (UGC) across key markets, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Complete usage rights management and product/SKU tagging to build an organized and searchable content library.
  • Support the publishing of approved content and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Work through existing moderation backlogs and help maintain an efficient content workflow.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs to support long-term management of UGC by the Onsite team.
  • What you need to succeed:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working through high volumes of content.
  • Good judgement and the ability to assess whether content is appropriate and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to follow tagging and moderation standards consistently.
  • Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, or content operations.
  • Familiarity with furniture, interiors, or lifestyle trends is a plus.
  • Built for Real Life, Designed for What’s Next
  • At Castlery, we’ve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life — durable, beautiful, and made to keep up with change.
  • Now, we’re focused on what’s next: scaling with care, crafting better experiences, and growing a team that’s as intentional as our design philosophy.
  • If you believe that good homes create good lives, come build with us.
