Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Greenland Investment Management in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will provide support to the HR team and assist in day-to-day tasks such as HR management, recruitment, personnel management etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Understanding of employee benefits and related compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain highest confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Relevant certification programs or courses in HR will be an added advantage.
