About this role

Company Description

Doctoralia is the world’s leading platform that connects healthcare professionals with patients through our website and apps. We are a SaaS company that provides solutions to digitize the healthcare sector and make the healthcare experience more human.

Job Description

Maintain the appointment schedules of each integrated physician. You will be technically responsible for the day-to-day relationship between Doctoralia and the clinical management systems (PMS) connected to our platform: resolving incidents and errors within agreed-upon timeframes, providing technical support for onboarding new partners, and detecting problems before the physician notices them.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the incident queue from start to finish, ensuring compliance with response and resolution times (SLAs).
  • Provide technical support to partner developers during the development process, managing API credentials and ensuring compliance with Docplanner standards.
  • Proactively monitor the availability of integrations to detect broken or silent APIs before they are reported.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date integration manuals and troubleshooting guides for each partner, ensuring they properly feed the AI assistant.
  • Produce support materials (audits, videos, mapping logs) and conduct training sessions for the Customer Success team.
  • Build and maintain lightweight automations (scripts, flows, agents) to reduce repetitive manual tasks and detect anomalies.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in technical support, integration support, QA, implementation, or a junior backend/API role.
  • Solid, hands-on knowledge of REST APIs: reading documentation, building requests in Postman, interpreting JSON payloads, HTTP codes, webhooks, and callbacks.
  • Actual experience with a ticketing system and meeting agreed-upon response times.
  • Basic SQL and proficiency with a BI tool.
  • Intermediate English (B2)

Benefits

  • Permanent contract
  • Hybrid work model
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (Weekends and holidays off)
  • Compensatory birthday day
  • People Pass meal voucher
  • Prepaid health insurance
  • English language education benefit
  • Continuing education platform
