Senior Developer (Python / Full-Stack)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-agency Full-Stack Engineer to bridge the gap between traditional software development and cutting-edge AI implementation. In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect solutions that combine Python APIs, modern web frameworks, and low-code automation to drive real efficiency for our internal processes and clients.

Working side-by-side with Engineering leadership, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our technical strategy, turning abstract business needs into scalable, AI-driven reality.

What You Will Do

• Full-Stack Development: Work on feature development across our APIs and web platforms (Python, Nuxt).
• AI Implementation: Apply AI technology to real-world applications, driving AI adoption for clients ranging from SMBs to large Enterprises.
• Architectural Thinking: Translate abstract business requirements into clean, scalable code and logic.
• Process Automation: Identify and implement low-code automation and process optimization solutions for internal projects (n8n, OpenAI).
• Guide: Support the growth of more junior colleagues in the team and orchestrate projects across multiple developers and stakeholders
• Collaborate: Work closely (daily) with the Engineering leadership to iterate on products and strategy.
