Senior Clerk

About this role

The Senior Clerk at Servco Leeward is responsible for coding and processing warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer, and Servco policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately code and process manufacturer’s warranty claims
• Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
• Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
• Close repair orders
• Prepare, maintain, and organize files
• Assist with training lower level clerks
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred
• Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting
• Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch

- Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• DealerTrack knowledge a plus
• Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 5:30pm
