- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including right-to-work checks, induction paperwork and new starter queries.
- Coordinate employee health screenings, vaccinations and wellbeing activities.
- Respond to basic benefits queries and process employee updates, escalating more complex matters when required.
- Support employee engagement activities and wider HR projects, including staff events and initiatives.
- Help coordinate data accuracy audits and provide ESG support for F1 diversity and inclusion reporting.
- Support charity, STEM and community engagement events, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate the HR newsletter, support internal groups and committees, and lead internal tours.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied activities accurately and on time.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships across the organisation.
- Ability to remain organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working with HRIS and ESG platforms.
- Flexibility to occasionally support employee, charity, STEM or community events outside normal working hours, with reasonable notice, and to undertake occasional UK travel.
- It Would Be an Advantage If You Also Have
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or are currently working towards it.
