About this role

Do you take pride in keeping exceptional landscapes healthy, beautiful, and meticulously maintained—and enjoy working with people who share that pride? Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a knowledgeable, proactive Landscape Account Manager to oversee the care of high-end residential and estate landscapes, including turf, planting beds, specialty trees, and irrigation systems.

Partnering with the Branch Operations Manager and, occasionally, the Owner, you will apply horticultural expertise, financial judgment, and crew leadership to meet each property’s contractual and budgetary requirements. Strong client relationships, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and reliable follow-through are essential.

You’ll need to stay on your toes—weather shifts, priorities change, and landscapes don’t always follow the plan. At PLM, we adapt, support one another, and keep our sense of humor. We love what we do and enjoy the people we work with, and we’re looking for someone who shares that spirit.
