- Experience or internship as an IT Recruiter or as an IT Researcher
- Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in the closing of IT positions
- Building relationships with candidates, keeping in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.
- Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.
- Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients
- Maintenance of candidate base
- Market research.
