This role isn’t just dispatching—it’s a fast-track into leadership.

 What You’ll Do

Dispatch and support a team of up to 40 drivers
Act as the communication hub between drivers, vendors, and leadership
Adjust routes in real-time to improve efficiency
Problem-solve issues on the road (delays, equipment, etc.)
Track performance metrics and help drive results

 Who We’re Looking For

Recent grads or early-career candidates
Strong communicator + thrives in fast-paced environments
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Motivated to grow a long-term career in logistics

 Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000

 Monday–Friday | 7am–5pm
