What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing on-site care at Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Senior Living Apartments across Middle Tennessee
- Working part-time or full-time—your choice!
- Locations include Hendersonville, Nashville, Brentwood, Green Hills, Franklin, Bellevue, Antioch—and new opportunities pop up all the time
- Compensation & Perks
- $35-$45 per completed visit (paid bi-monthly)
- Optional call coverage: $500/pay period ($1000/month)
- $1/minute for non-visit work on non-visit days
- Malpractice insurance available if needed
- What You’ll Need
- Tennessee medical license and active DEA
- Laptop and smartphone
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus—but not required
- Passion for working with older adults (we’ll support you with training and geriatric expertise)
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role, so benefits aren’t included—but autonomy, purpose, and a supportive team absolutely are.
