Sales Support Administrator - Remote Contractor

Your Mission

As a Sales Support Administrator at Artinis & NIRx your primary role will be to support our sales and administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes and providing vital support to our team.

Key Duties / Tasks

• Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations and sales orders.
• Follow up diligently on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with internal administrative and purchasing teams.
• Engage regularly with key customers to ensure their needs are met and relationships are strengthened.
• Co-ordinate equipment loan processes for key customers, managing all phases from preparation through to return.
• Research customer affiliations and maintain up-to-date records.
• Regularly update information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Your Profile

• Excellent written English skills at C1 level.
• Solid understanding of, and experience with, CRM or ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (including macros and pivot tables).
• A background in neuroscience is an advantage, but not essential.
