• Shift Operations and Monitoring to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Monitor daily payment transactions in the core banking system and take action when needed
• Track payment statuses and investigate issues together with payment service providers
• Process and verify payment files through systems such as SWIFT, TARGET, BISERA and BORICA
• Support settlement account reconciliation and other payment-related operations
• Handle payment returns, manual transactions and mass file imports
• Review system logs and help investigate payment processing issues
• Participate in testing and implementation of new or improved payment processes
• Identify opportunities to make payment operations smoother and more efficient
• Provide operational support and guidance to colleagues and other teams
