Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Manager, Head, and Lead level roles
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess leadership qualities, management experience, and alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including sensitive and confidential negotiation stages

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews to assess leadership potential
• Excellent direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
• Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills, Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• High attention to detail in communication with senior-level candidates and stakeholders
