About the Role
Arizona Urology Specialists is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a unique opportunity to combine hematology and oncology expertise within a leading urology practice. In this role, you will work alongside urologists and multidisciplinary providers to support patients with complex urologic cancers and blood-related conditions, helping guide care plans, treatment coordination, and ongoing disease management across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
The position offers the rare chance to develop specialized oncology expertise while remaining integrated within a high-volume urology practice, creating a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience. Providers will also collaborate with care teams across several major health systems, including HonorHealth, Banner Health, Abrazo Health, and Dignity Health, ensuring continuity of care throughout the patient journey.

Our experienced team of providers include board-certified Urologists, Radiation Oncologists, a Medical Oncologist, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) including Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
