KBR is looking for Reliability & CBM Head- who Provide Technical Leadership to increase equipment reliability and consequently plant availability while optimizing Maintenance Costs and lead the implementation of all Predictive maintenance strategies.

Location : Rabigh

Responsibilities

Oversee 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
Lead and provide Strategic guidance for Feasibility Studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology.
Oversee and manage all technical related activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations
Oversee the implementation of all predicative Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 12+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with Reliability section
Fluent in writing and reading English.
Good knowledge of SAP system.
Good knowledge in process operations of plant.
Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance Planning management.
Strong technical understanding of Reliability management.
Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis(RCA).
Strong technical understanding of FMEA & RCM.
Strong technical understanding of Cost benefit analysis.
Good technical understanding of Quality management.
Good technical understanding of People management.
