About this role

As a Worship Leader, you’ll get to lead and build a worship culture at a Union campus.

This is a part-time position based out of the Maryland offices.

General Responsibilities

You’ll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence alongside the Campus Pastor.
You'll help to recruit, train, and develop new worship department members for the campus.
You’ll oversee and lead worship on the campus for each worship experience and corresponding campus/Central campus events
You’ll be accountable for the administrative details campus worship department.
Assisting the campus Worship Director and Campus Pastor as needed.
Job Must-Have
Experience in leading a worship team/band
Talented both vocally and in leading from the stage
