- To be responsible for engineering (automotive) requirement to meet IATF 16949.
- To prepare the readiness of new product launch.
- To be responsible on monitoring cost/budget utilization and project progress for new product launch project.
- To coordinate any engineering change notice (ECN) from principals or initiated internally.
- To ensure critical processes are properly documented and updated to the latest version.
- To lead process optimization of the modular assembly.
- To liaise and follow up with supplier/vendor and other department for any project, spare part, modification involvement.
- To ensure that tool inventory is updated and maintained.
- To plan and ensure yearly preventive maintenance schedule being executed.
- To manage and control spare part inventory.
- To ensure safety precautions being followed and maintain a good housekeeping environment.
- To perform any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
- Implement company's policies and procedures.
- To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974)
