PM Construction Co., a commercial construction management company headquartered in Saco (ME), is hiring for a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will oversee the on-site operations of a commercial construction project from planning to completion. Activities include daily scheduling, supervising trades, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site. Comparable salary to today’s market. Equal opportunity employer.

Project Superintendent responsibilities and duties:

• Maintain quality control
• Daily schedules and timesheets
• Maintain daily log of building progress and communicate with all involved
• Supervise all workers/subcontractors on site
• Coordinate deliveries and vendors
• Follow OSHA rules and standards
• Adhere to deadlines and budget restrictions

• Related experience within the commercial construction industry

- Basic computer knowledge/skills
