Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising your team on the shop floor
  • Preparing, distributing, and monitoring tasks and progress
  • Acting as the first point of contact for both the client and colleagues
  • Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all work

What do we offer you?

A salary between €3460 and €4000 per month (full-time)

  • Overtime compensation

-

25 holiday days + 13 ADV days

  • Personal development through training and mentoring
  • Pension scheme via PMT
  • Employment conditions as per the Metal & Engineering CLA

And there’s more:

Who are you?
