We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and personable individual to join our Andover team as a Client Experience Specialist.
And here's one of the best parts: You'll enjoy a Monday through Friday work schedule, giving you your weekends back!
You don't need to be a car expert, and you don't need experience in the automotive industry. If you enjoy talking with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
We're looking for personality, enthusiasm, a great work ethic, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

Automotive Elegance isn't your typical automotive shop.
We're a family-owned, growing automotive protection company that has been in business for more than 25 years. We've earned national recognition as XPEL's U.S. Dealer of the Year every year since 2017, and we're proud of the reputation we've built for quality, professionalism, and an exceptional customer experience.
Our facilities are filled with everything from Teslas, BMWs, and Porsches to Corvettes, Ferraris, and other incredible vehicles.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Every day brings something a little different, which is part of what makes this position so enjoyable.
You'll be one of the friendly faces welcoming our clients, helping them understand their options, and making sure their experience with Automotive Elegance is exceptional from beginning to end.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression.
- Spend your days around some truly incredible vehicles.
- Build relationships with clients and help them choose services that best fit their needs.
- Learn about Paint Protection Film, ceramic coatings, window tint, and premium automotive care.
- Prepare estimates, process invoices, and coordinate vehicle appointments.
- Assist with vehicle drop-offs, walk-arounds, and deliveries.
- Communicate with our installation and management teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Occasionally assist with vehicle photography and social media content.
This is a great combination of customer service, relationship building, and sales, without the high-pressure environment often associated with traditional sales positions.

Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but automotive experience is absolutely not required.
We'll provide the training and support to help the right person succeed.
