About this role

We are a well-funded biotech company that is redefining biologics discovery and development through our fully integrated platform. We combine ultra-high-throughput microfluidics driven functional screening, computational engineering, and translational immunology into a unified engine.

Rather than approaching biologics development as a series of disconnected steps, we seamlessly integrate the discovery of novel targets, functional screening of binders, computational optimization, and predictive safety assessment to develop more better and safer therapeutics. This end-to-end approach enables faster iteration, deeper biological insight, and the development of better TCEs with greater precision and confidence.

We are currently looking for a TCE development scientist to join our interdisciplinary team. The candidate is expected to adapt quickly and communicate well, especially in a fast-paced startup environment. They will collaborate with other team members and be part of an exciting journey. We pay competitive salaries with bonus and equity, plus full benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, commuter benefits and daily lunch.

Responsibilities

  • Design TCEs and execute their development and optimization campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external teams on antibody discovery, TCE production and characterization.
  • Drive TCE developability assessment and biophysical characterization.
  • Manage external relationships and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with computational scientists and immunologists to optimize and validate candidate molecules through iterative engineering and in vitro/in vivo studies.
  • Skills and

  • Experience with library construction/screening using phage/yeast display is a plus.
  • Experience with antibody purification using AKTA system is a plus.
  • Experience working with CROs is plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, take initiative, and drive projects forward independently.
