Qualifications

• ●       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• ●       Must be physically fit to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
• ●       Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• ●       Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Table Preparation and Maintenance:
• ●       clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed.
• ●       Replenish condiments, and other tabletop items promptly and proactively.
• ●       Clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area.
• Guest Service Support:
• ●       Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service.
• ●       Attend guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly.
• ●       Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
• Teamwork and Communication:
• ●       Collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• ●       Communicate clearly and concisely with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Restaurant Standards:
• ●       Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• ●       Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.
• ●       Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed.
