Essential Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
• Consistently reports to work on time.
• Refill supplies to par level, as needed on all Pyxis stations using the refill procedure and using stock out reports and critical low reports.
• Makes scheduled and unscheduled supply deliveries, completing all corresponding paperwork.
• Demonstrates cost effectiveness with handling of supplies, i.e.: rotating stock to ensure use of items prior to outdate.
• Receives packers of stock shipments in the Materials Management Computer System, noting exceptions to packing slips and notifying the appropriate personnel.
• Pick the department supply orders from Pyxis.
• Assists with problem solving with nursing unit staff pertaining to medical supply issues.
• Stock shelves of all received supplies and rotate all stock before it is put on shelf.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
