Position Summary
As Procurement Manager on Nestig’s Product Development team, you will own inventory planning, forecasting, supplier strategy, and procurement risk management across our product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product Development in our São Paulo office, you will lead and develop a team of two Buyers who own day-to-day purchasing execution, including purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and delivery tracking.
You will translate sales trends, launch plans, historical performance, lead times, and changing consumer behavior into purchasing and inventory decisions that balance product availability, working capital, and margin. This role requires strong judgment and the ability to manage supply risk as we grow into new markets.
This full-time position will be based out of our São Paulo office in Pinheiros, with no flexibility for remote full-time.
