ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you.

MUST HAVE CALL CENTER SALES EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE PROFICIANT WITH COMPUTER NAVIGATION.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers
Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products
Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
Accurately documenting calls and sales
Meeting quality and performance expectations
⏰ Schedule
Paid Training: 1 week 930a-600p EST
After Training: 930a-600p EST
✅ What We’re Looking For
Call center and/or sales experience preferred

- Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Comfortable with outbound sales calls
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Computer with Windows 11 OR higher-50 download/10 upload speed

- No Chromebooks, Winbooks Or Macs Allowed!

High Speed Internet is required.
128GB of storage and 20GB of Free Space on computer
8gb of Ram installed on computer.
Ethernet Cord-Must be hardwired into Router.
Not able to work on WIFI
USB Headset with volume Control, mute button, and microphone
A webcam is required.
100% attendance is required(no missed time in first 2 weeks)
Background check may be required
