Essential Duties:

  • Maintain and organize corporate governance records, including board resolutions, consents, and subsidiary management.
  • Assist with legal compliance matters, including insurance, regulatory filings, and license renewals.
  • Manage contract and entity databases; maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records.

  • Assist in developing and improving legal processes, playbooks, and templates.

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
  • 3-6 years of corporate or commercial paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (prior in-house experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal tech tools (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems, entity management platforms) is a plus.
  • Interest in technology, infrastructure, or the data center industry is a plus.
