About this role
The Order Output Manager is responsible for driving predictable order execution, improving operational resilience, and strengthening cross-functional alignment across a complex global manufacturing environment. Working closely with Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and other partner functions, this role provides end-to-end visibility into order status, production constraints, material readiness, and delivery risks.
The Order Output Manager proactively identifies risks and bottlenecks that could impact customer commitments, coordinate cross-functional recovery actions, and ensures timely escalation and resolution of critical issues. This role establishes clear ownership, priorities, and timelines while driving disciplined follow-through to support on-time delivery and overall execution performance.
In addition, the Order Output Manager identifies recurring barriers and process gaps and helps implement operating mechanisms that improve execution consistency, accountability, and predictability over time.
