T&T Customer Project Manager
Job Description Summary
In this position you own the complete process to follow-up customer orders from the point of receipt until it gets delivered to customer location worldwide.
Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility:
o Engage with sales/project teams on new opportunities and provide input to proposed project, order and fulfillment process to meet
customer requirements within policy/budget.
o Taking care of validating and order booking process, create supplier pre-orders if needed.
o Daily tracking all orders assigned to him/her – including staging requests, shipment follow-up, communication with customers, internal
teams, escalations if needed.
o Closely work with suppliers, order fulfillment and shipping team to ensure on time delivery.
o Closely work with shipping (export/import) teams to obtain required licenses.
o Ensure on time reporting, data maintenance in internal system.
Basic
Requirements
- o University or College Degree, preferable in Logistics – or relevant work experience
- o Language
skills
- excellent English and native Hungarian any other language is advantage
- o 1 year + experience in Order Management, Customer Support
- o Strong knowledge of MS Office
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- o An interest in continual improvement and quality methodology
- o Positive – can-do - attitude is a must in this role
- o Strong problem-solving skill
- o Innovative thinking
- o Being team-player but able to work independently
- o Very well-organized
- o Paying attention to details
- o Able to work under pressure to deliver quality results
o Proven analysis skills

Requirements
- o A second foreign language knowledge
- o Oracle system knowledge
- o Six Sigma/Lean knowledge
